The Social Intervention Group is part of the social services open care unit, primarily serving young people aged 12-20 years. This is a role for someone who thrives with complexity, enjoys organizing information, has an eye for detail, and enjoys some detective work. As a technical writer with us, you'll become a key person in projects with some of Sweden's most innovative technology companies. You make complex technology understandable, accessible, and usable. Assignments vary in both content and technical field, giving you the chance to develop alongside the project and build your experience across multiple areas. You'll work in close collaboration with engineers and developers, becoming a bridge between technology and the user. Basic Requirements We're looking for someone with: At least 3 years of documented experience in technical writing or similar roles. Experience working in a structured manner with aftermarket communication in technology-intensive environments. Good technical understanding and strong interest in technology. A humble attitude and comfort collaborating with different roles and teams. A methodical and thorough work approach. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. Personal Skills, Qualities, and Experience It is a plus if you have experience with: XML-based documentation, DITA, or S1000D. Information architecture or terminology management. Adobe software. Regulatory requirements and compliance documentation. A valid driver's license is required as several of our customers are dispersed across the region.
