With us, you work closely with our customers to structure, create, and manage technical documentation, from instructions to strategic documentation plans and process descriptions.
This is a role for someone who thrives with complexity, enjoys organizing information, has an eye for detail, and likes a bit of detective work. As a technical writer with us, you become a key person on assignments with some of Sweden's most innovative tech companies. You make complex technology understandable, accessible, and usable.
Assignments vary in both content and technical area, giving you the chance to develop alongside the project and build your experience across multiple domains. You work in close collaboration with engineers and developers and become a bridge between technology and the user.
Basic Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of documented experience in technical writing or similar roles.
Experience working systematically with aftermarket communication in technically complex environments.
Good technical understanding and strong interest in technology.
A down-to-earth attitude and enjoy collaborating with different roles and teams.
A methodical and thorough work approach.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Personal Skills, Qualities, and Experience
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
XML-based documentation, DITA, or S1000D.
Information architecture or terminology management.
Adobe software.
Regulatory requirements and compliance documentation.
A driver's license (category B) is required as several of our customers are spread across the region.
