The Income Support Services unit within social services works every day to strengthen people's opportunities for self-sufficiency and independent living. Now that our valued unit manager is retiring, we're looking for you to take over and lead a secure, competent, and dedicated operation forward. Responsibilities As unit manager for Income Support Services, you will lead a team of approximately 20 skilled employees. You have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, and finances – but also an important role in driving development and creating conditions for quality and sustainable working methods. Your responsibilities include: Leading, supporting, and developing employees in their important work Managing budget, follow-up, statistics, and analysis Driving strategic development work in line with new legislation and political decisions Collaborating broadly – both internally within the municipality and externally with other stakeholders You will be part of the management team for the Adult Support Department, where you work with experienced colleagues on both strategic and operational matters.
