The Role of Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading all steps of the nursing care process together with the rest of the department team, in collaboration with patients and their families
• Coordinating care plans in collaboration with doctors and other team members
• Actively working on improvement initiatives to develop care quality
These positions are indefinite with 100% full-time offered, but flexibility for other arrangements is possible. Start date by agreement. Work includes day shifts, evening shifts, and two out of five weekends. Preferred scheduling is applied.

At the Psychiatric Clinic, Högland, we are approximately 190 employees working in referral and assessment units, acute reception, inpatient care with two care wards, and outpatient clinics in Eksjö, Nässjö, Tranås, and Vetlanda.

The clinic's resources are distributed to consider both the clinic perspective and regional psychiatric care processes. We participate in developing and implementing shared care programs and psychiatric care pathways in the region.
Your Profile
We are looking for a registered nurse. Experience in the profession and in psychiatry is considered a merit but not a requirement.
We value teamwork and emphasize each profession's role in the whole and in creating meaningful 24-hour care. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating.

Orientation will be adapted to your experience, and at the beginning of your employment you will be assigned a mentor who will support you during your orientation and adjustment to the organization.
