Field Secretary

We're looking for two field secretaries to join the existing field team in the municipality. The field team is an important force in reducing youth crime and strengthening safety in the local community. Your responsibilities As a field worker, you work to create contact, build trust, and identify needs among children and youth in various settings. The work is varied and takes place both independently and together with colleagues and partners. The work includes, among other things: working in outreach in environments where young people spend time, such as schools, leisure activities, and public spaces building and maintaining trusting relationships with children and youth cooperating with internal and external actors within the framework of SSPF (school, social services, police, and leisure) staying updated on the target group's situation through dialogue and collaboration contributing to the unit's collective work, where assignments can vary over time You work both daytime and evening hours and need to be flexible in your approach. Your qualifications We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or a combination of relevant education and experience. You have experience working with children and youth, for example in school, leisure activities, or social services. It's a merit if you have: experience in collaboration between different actors experience meeting and working with parents knowledge of risk and protective factors in children and young people's lives experience in associations or organized leisure activities training in MI (Motivational Interviewing) or RePulse experience planning and conducting workshops or information initiatives A driver's license is a requirement. You communicate respectfully and constructively, and you have an interest in developing evidence-based social work together with others.
