About the Role As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations at Låktatjåkko Mountain Station. You are responsible for daily operations, guest experience, finances, and leading a team of approximately 10–13 employees consisting of mountain guides and kitchen staff, which varies by season. You manage the operation closely with both guests and staff, ensuring that the mountain station is run with high quality, excellent service, safety, and sound economics.
