It has 27 apartments distributed across three floors, all with their own kitchen and balcony or patio. The facility also offers common areas and a large outdoor patio that create opportunities for community, activity, and a meaningful everyday life for residents. We are now looking for a nursing assistant! The position is mainly based on night work, with approximately 80 percent of working time scheduled for night shifts. To reach full-time hours, night shifts are complemented with day and evening shifts. The position also includes weekend work. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a nursing assistant at our residential care facility, you are a key person in the daily lives of our service users. With a person-centered approach, you work from each individual's needs, resources, and wishes to create security, well-being, and quality of life. Your duties include serving as the primary care contact for a number of service users. This means special responsibility for ensuring continuity and good communication regarding the service user, in close collaboration with relatives and colleagues. Welfare technology is an important part of our operations. By using modern technical solutions and digital support, we work smarter, strengthen service users' independence, and create better conditions for a good work environment and high-quality care. Being open to new ways of working and contributing to the development of the operations is therefore an important part of the nursing assistant role with us. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and holds a protected professional title certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). You have previous experience working in healthcare and care services and feel confident meeting people with different needs. You have good computer skills and can use digital tools as a natural part of your work. Since documentation and communication are important parts of the position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. For you to thrive in the role, we see that you are responsible, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment.
