The Position As a supervisor/job coach, you will be responsible for planning, documentation, and coaching our participants who are seeking work or need support in beginning their studies. It is important that you are driven, self-directed, results-oriented, goal-focused, and have experience in coaching, while also actively helping participants search for work by recruiting employers to our internal employer database. Networking is a large and important part of daily work to achieve the goal. The position is an hourly position as needed with placement at our offices throughout the Stockholm area. You will be substituting for our regular supervisors during their absences, sick days, summer vacations, and more. This is a position that can be combined with, for example, studies. You must meet the following requirements according to either option 1 or 2. Option 1 You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system). Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. You have education in one of the following areas: Work life Organization and personnel management Study and career guidance Business administration Psychology Behavioral science Social science Pedagogy Occupational therapist or social worker education Or in similar areas As an applicant, you need to have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total work time corresponds to two years full-time. Studies and work experience must be certified. Option 2 You have one year of post-secondary education and speak and write fluent Swedish. You have at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one of the following areas: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (but not solely personnel administration) Work with labor and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career guidance Work experience must be certified. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages besides Swedish and English are merits.
