Production Manager About the roleAre you a committed leader who wants to play a key role in a dynamic production environment? We are now seeking an operational production manager who will be responsible for the entire production process – from customer orders to delivery of high-quality products. You will lead a team of 10 people and ensure that we deliver with precision and quality. The role includes both international customer and supplier contacts, which requires proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Your responsibilities: Lead and optimize the entire production flow. Plan and carry out material procurement. Inspire and follow up on your team's performance to create a culture of continuous improvement. Identify bottlenecks and implement smart solutions to daily challenges. Work with our business system (Monitor) to increase efficiency. Oversee 20–50 customer projects of varying sizes and ensure they progress according to plan. We are looking for someone who: Is curious and driven with an ability to create order and clarity. Has a natural talent for quickly identifying areas of improvement in processes. Is communicative and enjoys being hands-on in your role. Is positive, helpful, and solution-focused. Has relevant post-secondary education or several years of experience in similar tasks. Possesses good skills in reading drawings and construction, as well as experience in project management in a production environment.
