About the Operation On the neonatal unit, we work in modern facilities where children and parents receive care together. We have close collaboration with obstetrics and postpartum care. We also hold regional responsibility for care of all sick or premature newborns in Dalarna. Job Responsibilities As a nurse, you are the care coordinator for children/families, where child and family-centered developmental supportive care is fundamental. You work in a team with child care nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, social workers, dietitians, and physiotherapists. We work purposefully and systematically with care development and competency development. Rotating shifts day/evening/night at 100%, with the possibility of part-time work. Start date by agreement. Individualized Onboarding: It's important that you feel safe and secure in your work. We provide a customized 10-week onboarding period.
