About the Role
As a registered nurse, you are the hub connecting residents' healthcare needs and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure high quality in our operations.
Collaboration and Support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. You work closely with the unit manager for healthcare and group leaders who are responsible for care staff. Our group leaders coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.

Villa Idun is located in a new and well-planned residential area in Enköping, approximately 35 minutes from Stockholm, with proximity to community services, transportation, and city life, but also to nature. Just a stone's throw away is Enköping railway station – sometimes called "Sweden's Closest City".
Both Permanent and Short-term Placements
Villa Idun offers placements for elderly with dementia and nursing care placements. In addition to permanent residential placements, there is short-term housing.
Your Experience and Knowledge

You are a licensed registered nurse with experience in elderly care. Our residents often have multiple conditions, and this requires that you have both broad knowledge of various diseases and conditions and an interest in aging individuals.
