Your workplace You work daytime, Monday-Friday, and never work on holidays or weekends. You work from your own office in our pleasant premises on Gamla Tanneforsvägen, where you and your nurse colleagues work closely with Nära Vård's rehabilitation team and on-call team. You will be part of an engaged and supportive team where collaboration is a given. Your responsibilities Together with colleagues in various professions and external healthcare contacts, you work to create the best possible care – always with the patient in focus. In your role, you combine medical assessments, medication management, and blood draws with preventive work and participate in individual plans (SIP) and care planning. You are also responsible for documentation according to the Health and Medical Services Act and share your expertise by mentoring and delegating to care personnel. Qualifications Registered nurse with Swedish registration Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Driver's license category B Merits if you have Experience working as a nurse in private or municipal care operations Work experience in LSS and/or psychiatry Experience in mentoring and training staff Experience with Hälsoärendet and Epsilon Specialist education in district & psychiatry What can we offer you?
