The work involves The positions consist of a temporary assignment running for 6 months at the LSS residence Åsbrinksgatan and a permanent position at the LSS residence Åkerstigen. The work means you are a resource and role model in pedagogical work. You guide other staff in pedagogical work in the operations, plan, follow up, and evaluate daily work together with other support pedagogues, support assistants, and the unit manager. You work on assignment from the unit manager to ensure the unit's quality work by creating job descriptions and implementing methods, practices, and routines. In your role, you guide support assistants so that support for our residents is provided adequately in accordance with established goals, methods, quality requirements, and other guidelines.
