We are now recruiting a Property Maintenance Manager in Falköping As a Property Maintenance Manager, you are responsible for interior and exterior maintenance at our customers' properties and become part of a team that handles daily property management. In addition to fault reports, residents and customers request various services, including repair work in homes and facilities. Make a Difference With Us We are looking for a versatile Property Maintenance Manager. Ongoing contact with residents, customers, and contractors is an essential part of the work tasks. You are also responsible for managing purchases of consumable materials and maintaining your own work equipment. The role of Property Maintenance Manager is varied and independent work under your own responsibility. Your daily work includes, among other things: Routine corrective maintenance based on fault reports Troubleshooting Handling daily customer contacts Rounds/inspections Maintenance and development of green spaces Planting, pruning, and basic plant care Winter maintenance such as snow removal and de-icing You will use your mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face on your own. You plan your work day together with your colleagues and your team leader. The role includes on-call duty during the winter season with a focus on snow removal and winter maintenance. You are a team player who supports your colleagues and has a positive attitude toward your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work in an efficient manner. You have upper secondary education and/or vocational education (KY) focused on property operations or management. It is a merit if you have experience in trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. Experience and interest in green space maintenance, plant care, and outdoor environment management is a merit. Experience operating and handling smaller machinery, such as wheel loaders, tractors, or similar equipment, is also a merit. Good computer skills are a necessity, as all work order management is digitalized and largely handled through mobile phone apps. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training. You hold a Class B driver's license You can communicate in Swedish verbally and in writing The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Falköping, although work in other locations within the market area may occur.
