Your Role As a sales manager/deputy store manager at Lidl, you are the store manager's right hand and have a natural place in store management. You motivate and inspire the store team to reach their full potential every day and ensure that tasks are executed efficiently, correctly, and on time. You naturally participate in daily store operations and work together with the team to give our customers the best store experience. The role includes tasks such as: • Ensure and deliver excellent customer service in the store • Support the store manager in daily store operations and ensure results are achieved by leading, motivating, and developing store staff and participating in daily work in an exemplary manner • Ensure the store meets our core pillars of customer friendliness, product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and profitability • Work goal-oriented with the store's key metrics • Coordinate and organize training and further education for all store employees • You also have full responsibility for store operations when the store manager is not present Your Profile We're looking for someone with experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment. You have good problem-solving skills and are skilled at planning and delegating tasks. You are driven by a strong customer focus and always prioritize customer experience. Exceeding set goals and maximizing productivity in your work with the team is a given for you. Beyond that, you are a good communicator and can develop the team and store through feedback. We also see that you: • Have completed upper secondary education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on retail. • Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it an asset if you have previous experience working as a deputy store manager, store manager, or department manager in grocery retail or another service-oriented industry.
