In this position, you will daily contribute to creating a meaningful everyday life for our elderly clients. Your daily work involves a variety of care tasks and support with daily living activities. Your responsibilities include, based on approved assistance decisions, providing home care services such as personal care, accompaniment, respite care at home, cleaning, shopping, and laundry, among other tasks. Your responsibilities also include documenting and registering completed services and performing health and medical care tasks based on delegation from licensed personnel. You will work according to a schedule with both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. These are permanent positions with employment starting as soon as possible or by agreement. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide certification of a protected professional title. Merit Factors Experience working in home care services Previous delegation for medication and insulin administration Tutor training and experience with Lifecare and Phoniro systems A class B driver's license is required and you must be able to cycle. Basic IT skills and computer proficiency are necessary as computers/smartphones are used in the work for documentation and registration. As a person, you are responsible, take initiative, and handle stress well. You should have a good ability to work independently and at the same time be flexible as the work requires collaboration across different areas of the home care services. To thrive in this role, you need a genuine interest in working with people and thus have good and respectful interactions with both colleagues and clients. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Since a large part of your responsibilities involves communication and documentation, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written.
