JOB DUTIES About the job As a specialist nursing assistant at Rosengården Short-Term Residence, you will have the opportunity to combine patient-centered care work with a specialist assignment where you contribute to increased quality, safety, and development for both our patients and your colleagues. Job Duties As a specialist nursing assistant, you have a key role in developing and strengthening the rehabilitative approach at Rosengården. We offer varied work at our Silvia-certified facility specializing in dementia care. The facility has 40 beds located on one floor in central Munka Ljungby, with proximity to beautiful natural areas, public transportation and the town center. In addition to care staff, coordinators, unit managers, nurses and a rehabilitation team consisting of a physiotherapist and occupational therapist work on site. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics, palliative care or cognitive impairment.
