WORK TASKS In your role as a nursing assistant, you will work independently but also collaborate with your colleagues in your team and, if needed, in adjacent teams to achieve the operations' goals. You will work according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and perform delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). Work tasks vary depending on the service user's care needs. You will primarily work with good care, service and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, health and medical care tasks, and development work. We travel by car or bicycle between our service users. In your role as a nursing assistant, you are flexible and responsible as your work days involve everything from alarm handling, duties as a fixed care contact, administering medication according to prescription, daily care and support, to sitting down and having a conversation with someone who needs it. You are, together with your colleagues, the key person around the service user and you work together to create a good life for the individual. You also attend as a fixed care contact in welcome meetings, create and update implementation plans, maintain contact with relatives and other professionals, and document according to applicable legislation in our operations system. Much has also changed in digitalization for home care in recent years and we work primarily through our work mobile devices. In the mobile, staff see their daily schedule, can sign off on medications, and document important events in our journal system. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a trained nursing assistant with protected professional title • are familiar with digital platforms, following the workplace's action plans, policies and guidelines, and the Social Services Act paragraph SoL §1:1 • B driver's license Previous experience in elderly care and/or other healthcare experience is advantageous but not required. You are confident and professional in your professional role and have the ability to adapt based on the care recipient's needs and changed circumstances. For you, good conduct is self-evident and you easily create trusting relationships. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to a positive work climate together with your colleagues.
