Within the Care and Social Services Administration, you make a difference every day by working closely with people and creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for Enköping residents. Together we create safe and quality care and support for our residents.

JOB DUTIES
In our facility at Åkersbergsvägen, we believe that all people deserve good care and quality of life with that extra touch in their everyday life, even as we grow older and need support from others. We work based on a salutogenic approach and our values. We support the individual in utilizing their own resources in a professional and respectful manner. We offer our customers safety, dignity, community, and a meaningful everyday life with that extra touch.
The work tasks vary depending on the customer's support needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also with documentation, planning, certain health and medical care tasks, and development work.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people and believes that social interaction and meaning are important ingredients in everyday life.
Working hours are distributed across day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Nursing assistant education and experience working with people with dementia are advantages.
We are looking for someone who finds it easy to adapt to changed circumstances. You have the ability to understand another person's perspective or situation without taking on their emotions. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. In stressful situations, you stay calm, remain stable, and focus on solutions.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required to be able to communicate with our customers and document in our systems.
An important quality is being able to see each individual's needs and circumstances and act accordingly. You are professional in your interactions with customers and their families and respect the customer's independence, integrity, and dignity.
Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as teamwork ability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
Employment type: Permanent position.
