Slope Manager must be on site during all operating hours as stated above, or ensure that a replacement with equivalent competency is present. The position may be shared among multiple people if that proves to be the best option during the recruitment process. Weather, primarily cold and wind, may cause the facility to remain closed for the day. 5. Responsibility Boundaries Slope Manager has no personnel or budget responsibility. Scheduling, financial follow-up, and overall responsibility on site during operating hours rest with the Facility Manager. Slope Manager focuses on operational safety responsibility: lifts, slopes, rescue operations, and support to volunteer staff, as well as guest service and their satisfaction at the facility. 6. Compensation and Invoicing If the assignment is undertaken as a consultant assignment, the Consultant invoices the Client for work hours at 350 kronor per hour, excluding VAT.
