For our Production Kitchen Sätrahöjden in Gävle, we are seeking extra cooks as needed. In the production kitchen, approximately 8,000 lunch portions are prepared daily and delivered to schools, preschools, home care customers, and other clients. What you will be working with: Preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meat, vegetables, desserts, and other dishes Monitoring hygiene routines to ensure we comply with standards and regulations Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard We are looking for you who: Have relevant culinary training and professional experience from large-scale kitchens Have good knowledge of special diets Have a structured and organized approach where you communicate and collaborate well with other staff members Follow rules, routines, and company policies Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Work hours and other information: Needs vary from day to day.
