We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an hourly substitute for our client in Visby. We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and professional in your approach and who want to work with people in a respectful and long-term manner. About the Position As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to a person with a disability in their daily life. The work is performed in the client's home and in other environments where the client spends time. Work tasks vary based on the client's needs and may include personal care, support with daily routines, transfers, and accompaniment to activities and errands. About the Client The assignment concerns a woman in her 50s living in Visby. Assistance is needed both on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are 8:30 AM–8:00 PM with a 1.5-hour lunch break. Working hours may change in the future. There is also an opportunity to work with multiple clients, either in the same location or in different places around Gotland. Qualifications We believe that you live in or near Visby to be able to work short shifts as well. You have a structured and efficient work approach and like order and organization. You are welcome to have an interest in gardening and cultivation and like cats, as there is a cat in the home. It is a merit if you have experience from healthcare or are studying something within healthcare and want an extra job related to your studies. We are looking for you who: Are responsible, attentive, and have a professional approach Are respectful of the individual's integrity and self-determination Can work independently but also follow given procedures Have experience from work within healthcare or are studying something within healthcare Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Hold a driver's license for a manual car Have the ability to work flexible hours Are not allergic to cats Previous experience in personal assistance or USK training is a merit, but personal suitability and attitude are most important.
