About the role We are looking for approximately 10 security guards to ensure a safe workplace in our projects on site at several of our customers. The work will be varied with both day and night shifts. There is also an opportunity to start earlier with other customers around the west coast. As a security guard with us at Addici, you protect contractors performing risky outdoor work at our customers' facilities. You analyze the security risks associated with different types of work and ensure that protective equipment is available and used correctly. You work preventatively and are always ready to intervene and alert if something happens. Examples of work tasks: Supervision of hot work Gas watch Entry to confined spaces Flag watch as needed Crane watch Your experience To succeed in the role of security guard, it is a great advantage if you have experience and training in workplace safety, hot work, work in confined spaces, and rescue planning. If you have previously worked as a security guard, we see that as a merit, but otherwise we offer relevant training. The work will sometimes take place at heights (20-25m) and therefore it is important that you are not afraid of heights. You have a high safety mindset and can convey this to those around you. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are important. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. Knowledge of Polish or Baltic languages is considered a merit.
