Operative Producer & Production Manager

We produce documentaries, commercials, social media content, event productions, and other creative projects for companies, organizations, and artists. The company is run by a young entrepreneur and is in an exciting development phase. We're still a small company, which means work tasks, routines, and projects are constantly evolving. Work Tasks Work tasks vary between different projects and may include: • Planning productions • Production management before and during filming • Camera work and technical responsibility • Creative project development • Idea development and concept design • Client meetings and planning meetings • Contact with collaboration partners • Logistics for filming and travel • Editing and post-production when projects require it • Travel within Sweden and internationally No two weeks are the same. One week may consist of planning and meetings, the next of several filming days at different locations or a production abroad. We're Looking for You Who • Have a strong interest in film and media production • Have good knowledge of cameras and production equipment • Have a technical interest and enjoy solving problems • Have a creative eye and sense for image, storytelling, and production • Are organized and can plan both small and large projects • Take own initiative and work independently • Feel comfortable with responsibility • Are flexible and appreciate varying work days • Have good collaboration skills • Can travel when projects require it Previous experience from film, TV, or media production is a merit but not a requirement. What matters most to us is that you have the right drive, the right attitude, and a willingness to develop. About the Position This is an assignment-based hourly employment. Work is performed when the company's projects and productions require it. There is therefore no guaranteed amount of working hours and no fixed weekly schedule. There may be several assignments during the same week in certain periods, while in other periods there may be several weeks without any work. We're therefore looking for you who appreciate flexibility and understand that workload varies depending on the company's projects. You can live anywhere in Sweden, but you need to be able to travel when assignments require it.
