About the position Varbergs Kusthotell is looking for someone who wants to work on an extra basis and become part of our team. The role is primarily based in our booking department, where you help guests via phone and email with reservations and questions before their stays at Varbergs Kusthotell and Ästad Vingård. Since we work closely together, we appreciate flexibility and the ability to support the reception desk when needed. Here you'll be part of an engaged team that together creates a warm and personal hospitality experience, from the first contact through checkout. About you You enjoy providing good service and have a natural ability to create a pleasant experience, both over the phone and when meeting guests in person. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple guest interactions throughout a workday. Since this role works well alongside studies, we're looking for someone who wants to work on an extra basis and has the flexibility to step in when needed. Experience with BookVisit and VisBook is a plus.
