About the Department The Diabetes-Endocrinology Clinic at Falun Hospital provides specialized outpatient care for patients with endocrine conditions. The Social Intervention Group is part of the social services open care unit, primarily serving young people aged 12-20 years. Open care provides assessed support services in the form of family treatment, Kvarteret youth housing, social intervention groups, and substance abuse treatment at MiniMaria, conducted in collaboration with the region. The unit consists of two teams, each led by a group leader who directs and distributes work across the teams based on the mandate decided by the authority department.
