About the Role As Engineering Quality Lead, you'll own holistic quality work throughout the entire product development cycle, from discovery to delivery. You thrive in a leadership role where you influence through knowledge, structure, and coaching, but you're also not afraid to dig into the code when needed. You have a clear engineering mindset and are comfortable with code, architecture, and process alike. You've likely worked in product teams where quality was business-critical and automation was a fundamental requirement. You have a deep understanding of the software development process and can take a helicopter perspective while also diving into details to reason about the risks that different types of changes carry. About the Role Our data and integration team is responsible for our data from ingestion through presentation to users, working with pipelines, data modeling, data infrastructure, and integrations with external systems. As a data warehouse developer, you'll become one of the team's experts in data modeling and one of the people other teams turn to when they need new or modified data models to build on.
