About the Unit On Ward 30, nursing assistants, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, medical secretaries, and physicians work together to provide 24-hour care with a focus on psychosis. We receive patients ranging from acute cases from the psychiatric emergency department to patients admitted through outpatient care or voluntary admission. Here, a dedicated team centers person-centered 24-hour care for patients with psychiatric issues. Job Description As a nursing assistant, you play an important role in nursing care and collaborate with colleagues in various multidisciplinary teams. We actively work on developing patient participation, care plans, nursing plans, and concrete nursing interventions.
