About the role At our exercise section you will be responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of specific exercises. We are looking for someone who thrives in the intersection between project management and exercises, and who is motivated by creating structure, clarity and value for others. As a project manager you will be responsible for exercise projects being planned, implemented and evaluated. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues. Learn more about us and our activities here: https://www.forsvarsmakten.se/om-forsvarsmakten/organisation/stridskrafter/cyberforsvar/om-cyberforsvar/ Main tasks: You will be responsible for: planning, implementation and evaluation of specific exercises national and international cooperation related to FM's and Cyber Defense Command's development within the scope of the mission We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: multiple years of documented work experience in project management and cooperation with multiple different stakeholders, nationally and/or internationally relevant academic degree or experience that the employer considers equivalent very good computer skills including the office package very good knowledge to express yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English It is meriting if you have experience in: documented training in project management, nationally and/or internationally documented training focused on national and/or international defense and total defense activities other government agency and or Swedish authority governance and cooperation managing multi-year and/or complex projects within FM or knowledge of NATO and/or the EU's organization, processes and working methods exercise planning, implementation and evaluation project management related to cybersecurity and/or cyber defense Who are you?
