The unit handles several different types of permits such as land leases related to public order regulations, micromobility, and permits for market trading. Your role As a permit handler, you are responsible for processing cases and responding to referrals, including from the Police Authority. You will work closely with many different actors – both other units and departments within the Traffic Office, other administrations in the city, and external partners. Land Management is one of three units in the Land, Valuation, and Legal Affairs department. In our unit, we have two contract administrators, eight land managers, and one manager. The other two units in our department are the city's specialists in residential and commercial property valuation respectively. In the role as a Contract Administrator with us, you are an important part of the Development Office's land management, which generates annual revenues of approximately three and a half billion kronor. We manage leasehold agreements, lease agreements, and other usufruct agreements collected in the agreement management system LEB. We are seeking someone who wants to work with teaching, research, and supervision at all levels within the Dance Pedagogy subject unit. Your main responsibilities will be in the subject teacher program in dance and the bachelor's program in dance pedagogy. As a professor, you are leading in pedagogical research within your artistic field, with quality of work at the highest international level. You should have both extensive scientific competence as well as deep understanding of pedagogical work within your art form. You are expected to engage in and drive scientific research work and be able to critically reflect on the pedagogical processes involved in your teaching. Responsibilities Your responsibilities include teaching, supervising, and examining students in all the unit's programs and in students' independent work at basic and advanced levels. You participate in developing existing and new courses and programs in relation to other subject areas at SKH. Your responsibilities also include: leading the development within dance pedagogy and following societal developments that are relevant to work within higher education. working with research anchoring in all the unit's programs. creating opportunities for developing research competence within the collegium. teaching pedagogy and didactics in dance. conducting research and development within dance pedagogy. conducting and leading practice-near research within ULF (Education, Learning and Research). working to enable students to develop understanding of intersectional perspectives. working with course administration, driving institutional development work, and collaborating both internally at SKH and with external partners. contributing to the development of SKH's education and research and promoting integration between them. You have an important role in building a shared culture of openness and collaboration at SKH and in creating a good working environment. Qualifications Qualified for employment as professor in pedagogy with artistic direction is someone who has demonstrated both scientific and pedagogical competence. Pedagogical competence at professor level means having demonstrated pedagogical competence in artistic contexts within or outside higher education and the ability to develop, lead, and implement education of high quality at different levels. Pedagogical competence also means experience with research anchoring of education at basic and advanced levels, or equivalent competence demonstrated in artistic contexts outside higher education. The concept of pedagogical competence also includes pedagogical engagement and a well-developed and documented pedagogical philosophy. Scientific competence means that you are leading in your scientific field and/or have conducted scientific research of the highest quality. The quality of the work shall be at the highest international level, with both depth and breadth of knowledge within your scientific field. Scientific competence also means good ability to build up, lead, and develop current scientific areas as well as good ability to communicate knowledge about the field.
