Construction Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Construction Project Manager at Intressanta Hus, you are responsible for the entire building process – from project handover after customer request to final inspection and move-in. You manage several parallel single-family home projects and work closely with salespeople, carpenters, subcontractors, and colleagues at headquarters. The role requires both on-site presence and structure in administrative work. You have overall responsibility for timeline, cost, and quality – with the goal of delivering projects with high customer satisfaction and a zero-defect final inspection. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and coordinate building projects through the entire building process Create, monitor, and adjust schedules Coordinate subcontractors Conduct building meetings and ensure project presence Responsible for technical consultations and final consultations Monitor quality checks, change orders, costs, and invoices Handle administration, documentation, and record-keeping Participate in frame inspections, inspections, and handover to customer QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a construction technical background and several years of experience managing building projects – preferably in single-family home production. You are comfortable in both the practical reality of the construction site and administrative follow-up, and you thrive in a role where you have many points of contact – both internally and with customers. We are looking for someone who has: At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry with experience as a construction manager or project manager Experience managing and coordinating building projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, project management, and subcontractor coordination Experience with quality checks, inspections, and final inspections Customer contact experience Experience with administrative work (change orders, invoices, documentation) Ability to read and understand construction drawings Knowledge of construction law (AB04, ABT06) Bas U certification B driver's license Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious: Knowledge of Säker vatten & BKR Knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, and Slack WHO ARE YOU? You also have a good ability to switch between the practical reality of the construction site and administrative follow-up, and see the value of thorough documentation as a natural part of a well-executed project.
