In the role of TA Partner with us, you'll be offered a dynamic role involving recruitment, events, networking, employer branding, and coaching of leaders. You'll be part of a recruitment team where everyone has different areas of responsibility and clearly contributes to our shared goals. Beyond ongoing recruitment, we work proactively with events, employer branding, and training assignments. In short, there are many exciting tasks to vary your daily work with. Your Next Challenge As part of our recruitment team, you'll take a natural place in the team and contribute based on your experience. We are a dynamic team with many different competencies and a shared mission where each individual task contributes to the common goal. We work closely with the business, which means travel occurs—both to conduct events and to support our property offices. In the role, you will primarily work with: • Recruiting and attracting personnel, primarily to the chain but also to other companies in the group • Working competency-based and conducting assessments • Planning and conducting recruitment activities • Proactively supporting recruiting managers in the organization • Contributing to the creation of materials and content • Together with the team, managing social media/digital channels • Collaborating closely with the marketing department and business area managers As a natural part of your work, you create good relationships both internally and externally. Of course, you'll be part of developing our processes and recruitment work based on your previous experience and ideas to maintain and continuously improve the candidate experience with us. About You For this role, we are looking for someone with a burning interest in recruitment and a genuine interest in being part of creating fantastic teams. We believe you have previous experience working with the entire recruitment process and enjoy the tasks this role entails. As a person, we believe you are structured and take responsibility and enjoy working in a role with many points of contact where you can be helpful in both large and small matters. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: • Previous experience in Recruitment • Unimpeded proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written • Driver's license category B We consider it a merit if you have experience in: • Customer relationship work • Event experience • Experience with employer branding and social media • TeamTailor or similar recruitment tools • Psychometric testing If you also have previous experience working competency-based in the recruitment process, you'll recognize yourself in our approach.
