Collaborate closely with developers, UX, product and business stakeholders to make decisions together. What we're looking for We're looking for a developer who enjoys taking responsibility and contributing to technical decisions in a collaborative environment. You're curious, proactive, and comfortable when not everything is predefined — and you value working things out together with your team. Required experience A few years of professional experience in backend development with C# / .NET A few years of professional experience in frontend development with React Comfortable working in environments where priorities evolve and where the team has real influence over how work gets done Nice to have (any of these are a plus — you don't need all of them) Experience in e-commerce Interest in architecture and platform-oriented development Experience with cloud and infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform) Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring and observability Experience with CMS and search solutions (e.g. Optimizely/EPiServer, Voyado Elevate) Experience using AI tools in development, such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code A note on applying We know that no one ticks every box — and research shows that strong candidates often hold back from applying unless they meet every requirement.
