Welcome to Us We're looking for you as a nurse for a permanent position at Health and Care Unit Area 1, which includes the care and housing facilities Kampementet, Rio, and Sabbatsbergsbyn. As a nursing care coordinator nurse, you'll be part of a team with nurses, an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist, nursing assistants, and doctors. Your Role As a nursing care coordinator nurse, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary team that together cares for patients. You'll perform individual assessments, plan and lead nursing care and health care work, and mentor nursing staff. Your responsibilities also include prescribing therapeutic mattresses and nutrition treatment in consultation with the administration's dietitian.
