The County Administrative Board is an expert public authority in areas such as nature and environment, community development, and rural areas, reporting directly to the government. We function as a link between people, municipalities, regions, and various authorities. We work to ensure that national environmental goals are implemented in the county. We do this by taking a holistic view of our regulatory activities, by sharing knowledge, and by coordinating and developing various policy matters.
