About the Role
As a tire technician, you will work with the entire process surrounding the customer's vehicle. From customer reception and tire service to field assignments with our service vehicle.
The role combines your main task as a tire technician with customer contact, administration, and sales.
You will be an important part of the operation and have the opportunity to influence the customer experience every day.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically interested, comfortable with digital systems, and passionate about providing top-class service to our customers.
We work in an industry with clear seasonal variations, which makes the work dynamic and varied. During peak season, it's full speed ahead and overtime may occur. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and has a natural sense of good service.
We can teach you our work procedures, but we are looking for someone who already enjoys customer interactions and is driven to provide first-class service.
We are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has some experience from vehicle service, for example car workshop, tire workshop, or similar
- Is service-oriented and has a natural customer focus
- Enjoys building good customer relationships and sees opportunities to contribute to the company's sales
- Is a flexible problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a B driver's license (required). C driver's license is a plus
- Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
