About the Role At Mo Gård, we communicate using sign language or adapted communication in other ways based on the individual's needs. Your task is to provide support in the individual's daily life and assist based on the person's interests, wishes, and circumstances. You provide support in daily activities using a pedagogical approach. Daily work includes, among other things, support and guidance with personal care, meals, medication management, hygiene routines, and support with social activities. You will be part of an engaged work team where you work together to ensure that each individual has meaningful occupation and daily routines. Who Are You? We would like you to have completed upper secondary education in a healthcare and nursing program or a children's and leisure program. It is a great advantage if you have previous experience with similar tasks. Knowledge of sign language, understanding of disabilities, and experience in psychiatry are also considered merits. As a person, you are engaged and outgoing, you find it easy to collaborate and make connections and maintain good relationships. You are secure and stable, have self-awareness, and a flexible mindset. You are responsible, like order and organization, and take your own initiative in your work. In our recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Computer skills are required as documentation is a recurring task. You must be able to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing to enable understanding of the information that forms the basis of your work. Employment Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Start Date: As soon as possible by agreement Work Hours: Your working hours will follow a schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. On-call duty may occur if the operation requires it in the future. We apply individual salary setting. A requirement for employment is that you can provide an extract from the criminal records register and that you have Swedish work authorization.
