In line with our JYSK Leadership Values, you are responsible for ensuring that the store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and coaching your team on the shop floor. You act based on key metrics, determine what is needed to reach the goals, and motivate the team to achieve them. Follow and implement store concept and store procedures. Recruit and introduce new colleagues and develop the current team members. You are not afraid of physical work and lead by example through selling and performing routine tasks in the store.
