Now RSTEEL® is investing in the Swedish market and is looking for a Sales Manager to take clear responsibility for further developing the business in Sweden. ABOUT THE ROLE As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying new business opportunities and establishing customer contact to preparing quotes and developing long-term partnerships. You plan your own work week and have great freedom in how you organize your work. You will work closely with sales administration in Finland, which handles order placement and administrative support, while pricing information and other business support are provided by the organization in Estonia. The role therefore involves many international contact points while you are the company's face to the market in Sweden. Travel to customers is a natural part of the work, typically around two days per week. Your main responsibilities: Manage sales on the Swedish market. Identify and develop customers. Build long-term relationships through personal customer visits and ongoing contact. Prepare quotes and drive business from first contact to completion. Collaborate with sales administration and colleagues in Finland and Estonia. Represent RSTEEL® on the market and create awareness of the company's products. WHO ARE YOU?
