Over one million Swedish single-family homes need drainage system renovations, and we're now looking for more responsible, curious, and skilled technicians who want to develop with us in Karlstad. About the Role as Relining Technician This role involves performing drainage system renovations through relining at our residential customers' homes. You'll work independently and be part of a tight-knit team of technicians who will support, develop, and help you. You'll travel between customers in a company vehicle, and we provide all necessary equipment to perform top-quality relining work. The role includes: Prepare, clean, and inspect pipe systems Perform relining and operate specialized equipment Conduct camera inspections and documentation Ensure quality, report deviations, and continuously improve work Customer contact while maintaining high service standards Comply with workplace health and safety regulations Is This You? We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working practically, and seeing tangible results from their work. You're meticulous, technically curious, and comfortable taking responsibility – both for the quality of work and the customer's experience. You don't need to know everything from the start.
