We are looking for a teacher for grades 4-6 As a teacher with us, you work according to a pedagogical model we call the Learning Model, which is based on organizing teachers in teams who teach students in an interdisciplinary way together in a grade level. We call it team teaching. In your role as a team teacher, you create the conditions for learning and guide students toward the goals of our school. You plan, implement, and evaluate instruction together with your team teaching colleague. You will participate in development work, team collaboration, and are expected to cooperate with colleagues in various ways. You and your team teaching colleague work with one grade level instead of several and follow them through interdisciplinary work. This way, you build stronger relationships and a more secure interaction. The interdisciplinary work is based on assignments built according to LGR22, which provides a supportive framework for equity and quality. The assignments, in turn, contain clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning. This makes school more meaningful and much more fun. By working according to the Learning Model throughout Lärande Förskolor och Grundskolor, there are opportunities for collaboration across our school boundaries. You will work in grade 6 together with a team teaching colleague where you share teaching responsibilities. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we see that you have: - Teacher certification with broad credentials - Previous experience in pedagogical work in the role of teacher and mentor You have clear leadership skills and a strong ability to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. It is a merit if you have previously worked in team teaching and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary way.
