JOB DUTIES As a residential support worker, you work to provide help and support in the home to adults with varying difficulties and needs within the areas of LSS and social psychiatry. You work with motivation and change initiatives through close contact, conversations, and practical support, based on the individual's needs. This may include, for example, helping people create structure in their everyday life and perform daily tasks, providing support with various contacts with authorities, and assisting individuals in different activities toward an independent life.
