The Social Services Department is responsible for services, support, and assistance to individuals and families in the municipality. Our operations are governed primarily by the Social Services Act, the LSS Act, and the Health and Medical Care Act, and we implement services regulated by these laws. All activities are centered on the individual to meet their needs. The mission involves strong customer focus and a service-oriented approach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are expanding our home care operations with a unit manager position. We are looking for someone who wants to lead a home care unit with trust, results, and heart in Motala municipality! With us, you will have the opportunity to combine leadership with responsibility for operations, staff, finances, and work environment. As a unit manager, you will lead the unit together with engaged employees and actively work with development, quality, and improvement efforts. In your core responsibilities, you will work with management, planning, implementation of decisions, and oversight of home care services. You will be part of the operations area's management group and together with the operations manager and fellow managers, you are responsible for the entire operations area's development. In your work, you will receive support from the organization in the form of administrative staff, planners, controllers, and HR.
