We are seeking an assistant principal who is passionate about educational leadership and instructional development at Kunskapsskolan Motala. In this role, you will be a key person in our management team and work closely with the principal to drive the school's development forward. Responsibilities In this position, you will work together with the school's principal to realize Kunskapsskolan's vision, values, and pedagogy, and ensure that Kunskapsskolan's pedagogy is applied locally. You will share responsibility with the school's principal for leading the local operations and ensure that the school is run in accordance with national education regulations, based on the school's quality plan and Kunskapsskolan's quality model, methods, and processes. Together with the principal, you will work in the following areas: Lead the pedagogical work in accordance with the company's regulations and shared processes as well as national education regulations Lead operations to ensure that established quality goals and grade targets are achieved Participate in the overall pedagogical development work of the school organization Help develop operations at Kunskapsskolan Motala to increase awareness of the school in the community Involve employees in the school's quality work and keep them continuously informed about progress toward meeting targets Together with the school's principal, take responsibility for the school's scheduling Actively participate in daily operations to provide continuous feedback to employees on work performance and achieved results Inform prospective students and guardians about the pedagogy and school Participate in cluster meetings to contribute to the development of Kunskapsskolan as a whole Qualifications We are looking for someone with courage, dedication, drive, and experience working in primary education. It is important to you that you involve your colleagues and students in the development of the school's operations. You are clear in your leadership role and have the ability to inspire and enthuse. You have well-developed pedagogical leadership and take responsibility for student learning and results. You have good collaboration skills, are action-oriented, and are an effective communicator. As assistant principal at Kunskapsskolan, you will work actively with the principal on the school's pedagogical development. You will also lead the systematic quality work and be responsible for ensuring that the organization's quality results are continuously monitored, evaluated, and analyzed together with employees and students.
