The purpose of the collaboration is to increase participation and democracy in society. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine what works well in the model and what needs to be developed to improve participation for the administration's target groups and civil society. For the past two years, the Function Support Administration has worked more strategically with collaboration and participation with civil society, primarily with associations and organizations within the disability rights field. When the new working methods were launched, it was decided that the model would be evaluated after two years to see if it had worked and if it needed adjustments. The model includes several different forums for collaboration with the associations. This includes forums aimed at more meaningful dialogue between the associations and the administration regarding the services the administration is obligated to provide to Malmö residents. It also includes forums aimed at increasing public knowledge about various disabilities and human rights related to them. The evaluation shall be conducted by interviewing association representatives and possibly developing and sending out surveys to reach more associations. Interviews should be conducted with the coordinators for civil society issues at the administration and possibly other key persons. You will also need to attend meetings in the administration's collaboration forums with civil society to get an understanding of how the work is conducted in practice. An example is the user board, which is a forum aimed at creating participation for civil society in the administration's work. The evaluation shall be compiled in a report showing what has worked and what needs to be adjusted going forward. It will be used to develop the administration's collaboration with civil society during 2027. The report shall be presented to a group of association representatives and responsible officials. You also have experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting with diagnostic equipment and multimeters.
