We are growing and are now looking for a property manager for our commercial organization in the South. About the role As a property manager with us, you are in the driver's seat with overall responsibility for the properties in your portfolio. You are ultimately responsible for finances, customers, leasing, operations, and projects. You own and manage all daily property management matters and are the face of the company to our tenants. Taking initiative and coming up with improvement suggestions for how we can improve key metrics without compromising tenant satisfaction is a central part of the assignment. About you To succeed in this role, you are a driven and responsible person with a genuine interest in people and service. Therefore, we are not just looking for a skilled property manager but a person who brings energy, presence, and a genuine interest in both people and business. Your daily work With us, you are more than a property manager; you are an ambassador for our brand and feel responsible for how we perform every day. You work closely with tenants and have a natural daily presence in the properties. Your base will be our office in Malmö, but your arena is the properties in your portfolio. What do you get?
