Job Description Working in our maintenance department is independent and responsible work where you will work both independently and in teams while taking your own initiatives. Your tasks are highly varied, but examples include: Performing corrective and preventive maintenance on the dairy's process equipment, packaging machines, and auxiliary equipment. Performing service and maintenance of valves, cooling machines, compressors, tanks, and pumps, etc. Assisting with equipment installations. Troubleshooting and commissioning equipment and auxiliary systems. Daily operation of ventilation, media systems, and treatment facilities. Our maintenance department has approximately 40 employees. In this position, you will primarily work night shifts. In practice, this means that over an 8-week period, you will alternate between being off 3 weeks, working afternoon shift 1 week, and working nights 4 weeks with good market compensation. Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in similar work and preferably a technical upper secondary education or vocational training in electrical or mechanical technology. You have experience with practical service and maintenance work within manufacturing or process industry with a technical interest and knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, as well as basic electrical knowledge. Experience from dairy production or packaging industry is a merit. Since you will have many contact points, it is important that you have good communication skills and can collaborate with colleagues in different parts of the organization. You are responsible and committed to doing good work, as well as curious and open to developing your technical knowledge. What do we offer you?
