JOB DUTIES As a nurse with us, you have a central role in clinic operations and are an important contact for our patients. You are responsible for telephone advice, treatment, and follow-up. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with doctors, nurse colleagues, and other professionals in our competent team. We work with quality registers and decision support systems to develop and ensure quality care and treatment for patients with chronic illnesses. Your position is a combination role, which means you will work every sixth weekend in our department. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. You have knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale. Experience in gastroenterology and motivational interviewing (MI) is advantageous. We would also appreciate if you have previous experience with independent clinic work and telephone advice. As a person, you are positive and show care for both patients and colleagues. Furthermore, we value qualities such as thoroughness, good planning ability, and the ability to work efficiently. The work requires that you are confident and secure in your professional role and that you are comfortable making independent decisions.
