Our facilities are located throughout Malmö and provide care and support to patients with dementia or physical care needs. Working hours are between 2 PM–11 PM with every other weekend on duty. As an evening nurse, your base will be at our locations on Erikslust and Söderkullagatan. You will work with both regular duties, assessments, and acute cases across our 39 care and housing facilities.

Job Duties
As an evening nurse, you are responsible for patient care and work independently to assess, plan, implement, and follow up on medical interventions and nursing measures. You guide and support nursing staff and work in a person-centered manner by involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with both family and other professionals.
In this role, you perform both acute and planned interventions at our care and housing facilities. You collaborate with various actors within healthcare, such as municipalities, regions, and primary care, to ensure good and coordinated care based on individual needs. At our care and housing facilities, we systematically work with quality registries BPSD, Senior Alert, and the Swedish Palliative Registry.
Qualifications
Requirements for the position:
Authorized nurse (180 credits)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a nurse
Good knowledge of applicable legislation, goal setting, and guidelines
Very good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written
Good digital competence
Driver's license (Category B)
Merits for the position:
Specialist education in a relevant field
Experience working with individuals with multiple conditions and/or dementia
Experience working within municipal healthcare
Good experience collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks
Knowledge of the Procapita documentation system
