Examples of work tasks: Damage management, plan and conduct minor projects Plan and conduct minor projects in operations Media monitoring and operational measures regarding deviations in heating, ventilation, hot water, etc. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, plan and budget for measures Improve and optimize the area's properties regarding heating, water, and electricity Support and train our caretakers in operations Your Profile We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary education in e.g. operations, property technology, or management, or equivalent work experience.
